Solutions for Puffy Eyes

My mother taught me that moist tea bags work wonders. With your eyes closed. Place moistened, warm (not hot)tea bag on each eyelid. You can use a regular black tea or a chamomile tea bag.You can also take several  chamomile tea bags, Moisten them in cold water and refrigerate them. If you wake up with swollen or puffy eyes, just apply a chilled bag to your eyes.
  • A slice of cucumber on each eye is refreshing
  • Slices of cucumber soaked in milk combat puffiness.
  • Slices of potato wrapped in gauze work well on puffy eyes .
  • Cotton Pads or balls soaked in witch hazel and left on your eyelids for 10 minutes relieve puffiness, eye fatigue, and eye strain.
  • A stiffly beaten egg white applied to the face or under the eyes with a brush will reduce puffiness. You can add a few drops of witch hazel, which also reduces swelling,to help keep the egg white from drying too quickly.
  • Get Plenty of Sleep at least eight hours per night.
  • Take GlA (gamma-linolenic acid), like flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil,or borage oil internally any of these oils can act as an anti-inflammatories.

Semi Bath

In the Nineteenth century ,Father Kneipp, a Swiss expert on hydrotherapy and herbs, suggested a three- to five minute cold bath. He encouraged his clients to kneel so the water covered the thighs, or to sit so the water reached up to the stomach. The semi-bath is not only a sleep aid; it also can act as a morning-after antidote to a poor night's rest.

Banana Split Hand Softner

This is another of my favorite treatments for rough, chapped hands.Bananas originated in West Africa , where they were referred to as " God's gift to man". Banana plants are herbs, cousins of ginger, and the fruit is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially potassium.

1/2 rip banana
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1 to 2 teaspoon unsalted butter
A few drops of vitamin E (optional)

Combine all the ingredients until the mixture is creamy. Smooth the softener all over your hands.Put on a pair of cotton gloves and leave on overnight.

Hair Types

it is important to tailor and hair care regimen to your individual hair type. Most  people known what type of hair they have;however, a new climate or season, hormonal changes (during pregnancy, for instance), advancing age, even stress, can alter your hair type temporarily or permanently. Like your complexion, you might also have combination hair. People with long hair, for instance, often find that it is oily at the roots, dry at the ends.In this case, you would want to give more attention to conditioning the ends, while keeping excess oil away from the scalp.

Normal Hair
Is full,glossy,and manageable.
Keep it healthy with gentle shampooing every other day(Light Hair)
or so and conditioning once( Dark Hair) every week or two.

Oily Hair
Roots of the hair look and feel greasy.
If oily hair has been permed or colored,
it might still look dry at the ends.
Scalp massage is beneficial, as is regular exercise.
Cut down on fried foods.
Vitamin B also important for oily hair.
Shampoo your hair more often, every day or two for( Light Hair)
or every week for (Dark Hair).

Dry Hair
Feels Brittle,Frizzy, and looks dull and straggly, with many split ends
Shampooing, If done correctly and with the right products, will remoisturize the hair.
too much sugar in the diet depletes vitamin B,
Which is very important for healthy hair,
weekly conditioning treatments will return moisture to the hair and bring it new life and luster.

Flame Meditation

Light  a candle in a darkened room and stare at the flame for several  minutes. Try not to think about anything  but  the flame itself . After a few minutes, blow out the candle, close your eyes, and continue to watch the  image of the flame for as long it appears. The more you practice, the longer you should be able to visualize the fame.

Have Back Aches

Nearly 80 percent of adults are affected by back pain at some point in  their lives it can either be acute or chronic . Acute pain starts suddenly and  is usually the result of  misusing the body in the some way.Chronic backaches keep recurring and can be brought on by almost any movement, for no particular reason. It is one of the most common reason for hospitalization. A variety of problems in the muscles, tendons, bones, ligaments, or an underlying organ, such as the kidneys, may also cause backaches. Attempting to move or lift heavy objects is said to be the primary cause of back problems in the United States, sometimes because of damage don't to spinal cord.

Most cases of back pain  also have an important psychological components, usually a deep seated emotional or stressed related problem.Other contributors can include poor posture, improper lifting, straining, calcium deficiency, slouching when sitting.and sleeping on a mattress that is too soft. Kidney, bladder, and prostate problems, female pelvic disorders, and even constipation may produce back pain.Chronic conditions that can cause back pain include arthritis, rheumatism, bone disease, and abnormal curvature of the spine.Fracture are rarely the cause of back pain. Take back problems seriously and have them check out.

Recommendations:

  • Avoid all meats and animal protein products until you are healed.Animal protein contains uric acid, which outs undue strains on the kidney that can contribute to back pain. Do not eat gravies, oils, fats, sugar,or rich and highly processed food.
  • Drink water muscle ache and back pain are frequently connected to dehydration the body needs at least (10) ten 8- ounce glasses of water daily to keep acidic wastes from building up in muscles and other tissues.
  • To relieve back muscle pain, soak in a very warm bath or apply a heating pad directly to your back. Be careful not to set the heat too high, however.
Consideration:

Massage therapist work with muscles and tendons, using different techniques like muscle kneading and compressions to lessen tension in the muscles. This increase circulation and help the body flush out cellular debris, which speeds tissue repair and aids in healing back problems.

Osteopaths can prescribe drugs and perform surgery but because of their philosophy of treatment, they often try manipulation or physical therapy first.

Physiatrist, also known as doctors of physical rehabilitation medicine, are medical doctors who treat back pain by the use of various  physical therapies, lifestyle changes, and back braces, which promote healing by reducing the load on the spine . Not licensed to perform surgery, and are less likely than other doctors to hospitalize their patient.they have a good record of treating back problems, including low back pain and herniated disks.
